The first thing you want to get right is your choice of an appropriate continent. The criteria that reigns supreme is: where will you have the best sex?

Many North Americans choose Latin America, mostly because it's near. You can drive your car to Mexico.

I am German, not American. But even for me, Mexico is too near. A North American or a Western European who lives in Mexico, or, for that matter, anywhere in Latin America, blends in very well. If you don't dress too well, you can walk down the street an people who don't know you have no way of knowing whether you are a local or not.

This is in sharp contrast to Africa or Asia. If you are a white European or American male, and if you hunt for sexual adventures in Asia or Africa, than it is very clear on first sight that you are not a local.

For matters of personal security, this can be disadvantageous. You are much easier to be sorted out as a target, both for politically and criminally motivated violence.

On the other hand, as your appearance is so totally different from that of local men, it is much easier to become an object of admiration for local girls and women.

I can't have a sexual relationship with a girl or woman who is just after being paid, and apart from that considers me a piece of male shit.

I don't mind granting a girl or woman some economic benefits from sleeping with me. But I want to be sure that if I were to propose a marriage to her, or just a long-term relationship, she would jump at the opportunity without thinking twice.
