First thing is to know Spanish well enough to survive.. Without Spanish itīs almost impossible to expect to get any girls..

I would advice to take flight to Santiago and ask taxi driver to go somewhere to city where is cheap hotel.. Something like 10 euros for night.
Then he should get to know city itīs very basic here.. So everything is easy to find and remember no need for taxis or anything.. Just walking up and down city and getting some feeling where is everything.. Maybe even going up and down with taxi driver they are normally harmless in my experience.
So you get some idea where are the stores and you see girls everywhere in city..
After that you are supposed to do approaches based your comfort level and skills that you have.. Easiest option is write some papers "Buscar novia" with telefone number and your name and maybe some hearts to paper also so they get clear picture and will call to you.. No need to say anything just pass the paper and thatīs it.. If person is more comfortable itīs naturally better to make more solid approach and talk for a while introduce yourself ask her name and open with "ŋHabla ingles?" And then exchange numbers..
After that just call the numbers make the date in any place that you know and ask her to come with taxi over there and take immediately to your place and bullshit and close. Use stuff that was in Panama that you fly up and down and are interested in business and buying expensive houses and going with her to other countries also.. Then say that culture in your country is do sex first and after going to restaurants and other dating stuff that girls like.. Going to nice expensive hotels to Punta Cana and Cap Cana or Puerto Plata..
If man makes some trustfull friend here he can act as chauffer and bodyguard or whatever you want... And just teach him to say bullshit because "you donīt know language" people tend to believe others word more than their own.. So this is good tactic you donīt know any word of Spanish and your friend does all the talking for you and you just close the girl..
Internet cost 20 pesos for an hour itīs about 50 cents.. You have internet places everywhere at the city.
Unfortunately for my age 21 I havenīt been exploring other countries which is my desire and I will definately want to do that.. Also money is big problem to me so I think I have to go to do some work back to Europe to enjoy this lifestyle the way I desire.
I think anyway that this kind of game will land with a lot of girls in any Latin America country.. But you have to be different from locals to get good enough attraction in the beginning.
