This list assesses the chances of a foreign man (usually Caucasian) to have a relationship of love and sex with a virgin.

By and large, Asian girls do not lose their virginity as accidentally as girls in the West often do. Furthermore, by and large, Asian girls and young women are less concerned that their male partners are of approximately the same age as they are themselves. An age gap of up to 20 years is acceptable in many Asian countries.

For the list below, very different aspects have been taken into account. In some countries, notably Cambodia and Thailand, making a substantial payment to the family of the girl or young woman is what gives access. As this is a condition that is comparatively easy to meet, it boosts the ranking of the respective countries.

In other countries, notably China, the fact that many girls are virgins until their mid-20s is what determines the country's ranking in the list below (assuming that building a relationship with a woman at age 25 is easier than with a girl of 15).

Like other lists on this side, this one, too, is ordered from the place with the worst prospects (10) to the one with the best (1).

10. Singapore - if you are an older man, you would be lucky to even just get a Singaporean woman who is divorced and not more than 10 years younger than you. No virgin for you, even if you offer a formal marriage.

9. Brunei - girls marry certainly as virgins, so if you are a rich European Muslim professional, you may have a chance.

8. Malaysia - Malaysian girls, especially those of Tamil and Malay descent, are attracted to Westerners. But Malaysian law is rather rigid, especially for Muslim girls. If, for example, a man is found in a hotel room with a girl (no proof of sexual interaction is required), then the two have the choice between an instant marriage or jail terms and possibly even flogging. Not that you could expect to take a Malaysian virgin to a hotel room. You may not have known the strict rules before having read this article, but the girls know them. None will go with a man to a hotel room. Kuala Lumpur and Penang may be a little bit more liberal, but both places are no valid destinations if you are interested in a sexual relationship with a virgin, unless you want a formal marriage.

7. Laos - the Laotian culture is similar to that of Thailand, but the mentality of the Laotian people is more rural, even though they have had Communism for years. If you want to court a Laotian girl, and she and her mother agree to a marriage, she will likely be a virgin. The marriage will most probably have to be formal.

6. Vietnam - for some time, Vietnam has been Southeast Asia's primary supplier of cross-border wives for destinations as different as Singapore and China. Vietnam is the toughest society in Southeast Asia. Nowhere else will you find young men offering you that for a price, they will kidnap any girl you point out, so that you have an opportunity to rape her. I do not know anybody who took the offer, so I do not know whether it is genuine or a trap, but if it were reality anywhere in Southeast Asia, then my bet would be on Vietnam. There is a lot of trafficking going on in Vietnamese women, and in virgins. The most common destination is Cambodia where there is less of a danger to get into trouble with the police. Not that I would advise anybody to buy a trafficked virgin. But if you have more honest intentions, finding a Vietnamese virgin for a wife, possibly through the help of Vietnamese friends, is a possibility. In addition to this route, anybody who is determined to find a Vietnamese virgin wife also can try his best to get into contact with female students. They often speak English or French, and finding a foreign husband is considered by many to be a lucky turn in a girl's life. Many female Vietnamese students stay virgins until marriage. There is, in the Vietnamese modern culture, much more discrimination against girls and young women who have not remained virgins until marriage then there is, for example, in China or Thailand.

5. Cambodia - for the trafficked option, the situation in Cambodia is quite similar to the one in Vietnam. For the non-trafficked option, it more resembles Thailand. You can chat up a Cambodian female student or a girl who speaks some English, and after a while you can approach the mother and ask her whether she would let you marry her. In many cases the mother will insist on a formal marriage. But mothers of poorer girls may agree on a non-formal marriage if a pride price of 1000 to 2000 US dollars is paid. Good Cambodian girls do what their mothers decide.

4. The Philippines - the girls are charming and the country even has a marriageable age for girls of just 14, but for all practical reasons, sex with somebody below 18 is a crime. All that needs to accompany the sexual relationship is that anything of value is given to the girl, and the affair is considered child prostitution and child abuse, for which the man can be sentenced to 20 years. Philippine girls and young women are aware of the law, and of the fact that foreign men can easily be blackmailed into making huge payments. That said, there are many virgins at the age of 18 and above, and many indeed would be available for a marriage. To avoid a formal marriage, one can say that one has previously been married to a Filipina and is now separated. The Philippines has no divorce, and those who have been married and are separated cannot remarry. But a Filipina, even a virgin, may be open to a live-in arrangement, if one can convince her that this will all the same eventually give her access to a foreign country. This is usually the case if the Filipina has a child with a foreigner and the foreigner officially acknowledges fatherhood. Now, I do not mean that in order to have access to a Filipina virgin, one would have to go all this distance. If a man wants out after not too long a time, there will be occasions to terminate the relationship and put the blame on her. To gain access to a virgin, it is, however, important to give the girl an idea that there is indeed a future that is by and large equivalent to a marriage. If you get to know a girl, ask early about her family background. If her own parents are separated (and many are), then she will have much more tolerance for your already-married-the-wrong-person-before excuse than you can expect from a Filipina whose parents are still married (and most probably very practicing Catholics).

3. Thailand - the sexual market value of foreigners is lower than in most other Southeast Asian countries. Most Thai girls prefer Thai men. Foreigners are usually only the second choice. There are also far too many foreigners in Thailand for any one to feel exclusive. But Thailand does have a sensible traditional attitude towards matters of love and sex, and the legal and traditional system is favorable towards relationships with virgins. The downside is that they are really expensive. You can enter a traditional, not registered marriage with a Thai girl you meet through relatives who act as an agent and a marriage can be agreed on in a rather short period of time. The pride price that is to be paid to the mother is anything between 4000 and 20,000 US dollars. The approach is one of put your money where your heart is. No need for much sweet-talk. There is not even a necessity to know each other for long. If a man is willing to pay that kind of money, then people usually believe that his intentions are honest, and they do not even request a formal marriage. The legal age for registered marriages is quite high at 20, but Thai girls and their families put more importance on the money paid, and on the fact that there is a religious ceremony. The age of sexual consent is 15 for encounters outside a prostitution setting, so there is no legal obstacle for an informal marriage with a teenage girl.

2. Indonesia - it is easy to court an Indonesian girl or young woman, even in the presence of her family, and an age difference of 20 years is acceptable. However, the girl, if she is rather young and a very good girl, will always be chaperoned by family members. It used to be easy to enter non-official Muslim marriages in villages, and from a legal perspective, these marriages were simply non-existent. However, the Indonesian government has taken measures against such marriages. Apart from the marriage option, it should be noted that Indonesia also has the largest prevalence in Southeast Asia of schoolgirl prostitution. This works entirely through informal mobile phone networks. If one knows one or two schoolgirls who are into this, then one can ask them for others who are also willing. The girls are usually about 17 or 18, in their last year of schooling. By the laws of many countries, their conduct would not be illegal; they have reached the age of consent and are not trafficked. However, Indonesian law isn't so clear, and there is a tendency not only to introduce new legislation but also to apply a stricter interpretation of current laws. Many of the schoolgirls who make themselves available for money stay virgins during their activities. They only offer peci-peci (pelukan and ciuman; embrace and kiss; in the Indonesian language, everything gets abbreviated and contracted to form new words), at least until they get sufficiently aroused to themselves want full sexual intercourse, or until they needed a considerably higher amount of money than they could get through peci-peci. But be aware: the situation in Indonesia changes faster than anywhere else in Southeast Asia. They are really on a path of legislating sexuality, and according to proposals currently debated in parliament, there is a distinct possibility that having sex outside a formal marriage will be outlawed, just as, for example, exchanging a kiss on lips or wearing a bikini. But more than in most other countries, the options are there. One just has to be careful that nobody outside those who are directly involved will gain any knowledge of what is going on.

1. China - anyway you turn it, the biggest handicap in China is always the language. But China is a much more modern country than any (other) in Southeast Asia (please note that parts of China, Yunnan province, Hainan province, and Guangxi province are geographically part of Southeast Asia). And if you are good enough (decent looking and not stupid), you can have a virgin girlfriend just the same way a Western boy has a Western virgin girlfriend in a Western country. The primary difference is that even though, China has, at 14, a low age of sexual consent, most girls remain virgins until they are in their early 20s. But mind you: the pleasure of being with a virgin is less physical than it is psychological. A virgin in her early 20s may have a body that is no longer quite as beautiful as the body of a 16-year old virgin. But the psychology of the matter is still as I have described it in the free-public access part of this article. Having a 22-year old virgin girlfriend who is in love with you is much, much more satisfying than having a 16-year old whore. Furthermore, I want to point out that the preference of European and Asian whoremongers in Southeast Asia for ever younger prostitutes has much to do with the fact that sex with prostitutes is so much less arousing then sex with a young woman for whom the sexual encounter means more than just 10 or 20 dollars. Whoremongers try to escape this lack of getting a kick out of it by turning to ever younger prostitutes. But that doesn't solve their problem, the arousal deficit. They should get back to pursuing sex with non-prostitutes, and then their desire for ever younger and younger girls will probably diminish. In China, having a love affair with a virgin above 14 is perfectly legal, as long as the girl wants the love affair. Because China is a modern country, there is also no legal or social impediment to live together with one's virgin girlfriend in a rented apartment. And Chinese people don't concern themselves with their neighbor's affairs - a far cry from Indonesia or Vietnam, the two countries worst in this respect.

A precautionary note to end with: for US citizens, it is illegal to have sexual relationships abroad with anybody who is not yet 18, even when the sexual relationship has nothing to do with prostitution, and even when the age of consent in both, the American's home state and the country where the sexual relationship takes place, is less than 18. The US also has the most vicious law enforcement abroad, especially in times when they are not engaged in a hot military campaign. The corresponding laws have obviously been passed after much lobbying by US feminazis who do not want American men finding a way out of the ever more restrictive sexual situation in the US. And you can be sure that more sexually restrictive legislation is in the pipeline. Thus, my standing recommendation is: if you are a US-American man, do yourself, and your male children, a favor and get out of American citizenship.
